CDI, Shivnet, and ERI (3 of the big dogs) are absolute horse shit, and I would never buy from them. Synergy, Blair technology and a few choice others do good work and actually sell good products. On another note, if you are buying refurbished, you are best off buying commercial grade. It came with a guarantee that if it broke within two years I could return it for a new console.
