Red and colorless are both great pulls here. I'm definitely going hard on this one, I wanted H!Nowi so bad, would love Lady Grima, and I'd be totally down for Zelgius, BLyn merges or Warding Breath fodder too.

Didn't expect this Robin to just be a female Grima. Her being a LH is ironic, and they even made her flying. Wish it were Bridal Lyn instead of BowLyn so I could go crazy here

I don't think I'm dying to put Swift Sparrow on anyone right now, but I'd gladly take it. Fury and LnD have been mostly good enough on units that want it. I fed my only Katarina to Tharja for it a while back.

Close Counter definitely makes sense with daggers since they are close range weapons afterall. Spring Kagero is pretty powerful by virtue of flying buffs, good offensive spread, and wo dagger. I think I've got 5000 SP on her from this TT.

Atk Smoke 3 is very good. Definitely not a move to sleep on.

In general, I think Daggers are already good. Not great but solid. The mass debuffs they offer now are very underutilized simply because most people already created their team comps around instakilling back during the Horse Cancer days. Personally I think that Daggers and Healers are the best way to deal with Armor units right now (outside of a specialized weapon like Armorslayer). Healers can attack without fear of reprisal and nuke all of their health at the same time with Savage Blow stacks, and Daggers can weaken their strong defenses with the debuffs.

As always, these are not strategies I will ever be trying out, simply because Healers and Dagger users have awful BST and hurt my Arena scoring. Felicia is lucky that I randomly decided to make her my first pet project back in the day! (not that I regret that decision at all, the Plate was a godsend)

Did 80 orbs on the banner. Pretty good haul, strangely many more Green 5* and draws in general because it refused to give me colorless.

Brave Lyn (+Spd/-Atk-- amusing my current one is +Atk/-Spd)

Kinda dumb I cleaned out Green despite never intentionally drawing for it, but Tiki with best nature is cool and Gunnthra seems like a decent nature too. Don't think I'll be using Elise ever so whatever.

Daggers are still pretty problematic, although they're much better than they once were. AoE debuffs are nice but otherwise they're weaker bows, which are already pretty weak due to being colourless and physical, both of which are net negatives on average. I got Spring Kagero and promptly ran a bunch of calcs with her on the duel simulator and was surprised how disappointing she was compared to my flying mages, who are the obvious comparison (and this isn't to speak badly of her specifically, as she obviously outclasses most other dagger-users with her stats and flight). Obviously throwing in AoE debuffs is nice (they were trash when their debuffs were ST), but I don't feel like it's enough. There's also a shortage of really strong daggers compared to other weapons: their slayer weapons are extremely weak compared to other types, there's no brave dagger, etc.

It's not hard to ORKO armours even without specialised weapons in arena/AA. Daggers are probably a bit better when considering the 80-HP ones in GHB-type content but I dunno.

That's some great luck, Lopen. I'm tempted to make a modest attempt at Gunnthr one of these times, but not with two summer units I have.

I setup my neutral atk Kagero with LnD, Moonbow, and Heavy Blade. That's enough to deal 66 damage to a unit with 40 defense when honed and goaded which should not be difficult on a flying team. And with a flying dancer, she softens up another unit to be filled with her debuff. That's pretty powerful to me on a unit that mostly doesn't care about the weapon triangle.

Well I was shooting for Robin and was trying to only draw colorless to boot so in a way my luck was bad.

But yeah it was bad in a way I find acceptable since yeah lot of 5* and most of em I find some value in having at least. I was second prioritizing Green for a reason after all. Gunnthra and Tiki were always units I kinda wanted but never enough to draw for. Will probably give Tharja Swift Sparrow.

Is +SPD/-ATK Lyn better than the reverse? Not so sure. Actually kinda leaning no.

What is the optimal weapon for BowLyn? Is it Firesweep Bow?

Firesweep and Brave Bow are both good on her depending on what you want her to do.

And I'd say Lopen's question depends on the answer to that one. +Spd/-Atk on Firesweep to get more doubles and +Atk/-Spd on Brave, because it's a Brave weapon.

Okay but what about with Mulagir because I don't actually like Lyn enough to give her any resources for a long time.

I kinda like the +Atk because I can often ace mages with it without them getting a counter attack, but I will admit that she is often not doubling. (Before you ask my other Lyns drawn since the game came out were -SPD/+DEF and -SPD/+HP so yeah these are the cream of the crop haha)

I think I'd do +atk -spd with Mulagir. The weapon gives her the speed back, and it can still be impressive with horse buffs and swift sparrow

i spent 15 and got all 3*s

and i don't think i mentioned it earlier but spent almost 200 on Spring and my only 5* was a -spd dupe Elise. only one Sothe and one Setsuna and no Kleins as well.

none of these units are super critical at least, and there's still a decent chance for me to at least get one of them from the upcoming free orbs.

A BowLyn (that was swiftly foddered off to Kagero), and a +spd -res Sakura after 60 or so orbs. After how hard the last legendary banner trolled me, I don't think I'm doing too badly so far.

Took me forever to beat the Infernal Robin map, but I finally got it. Used the orbs to get a 3* Setsuna, yippee.

I think my next project is going to be Eirika. After reading up on her new refinement possibility, I wanna slap Defense Tactic on her and shove her in a Nino/Eirika/NY Azura/Cordelia team with Hones and Fortifies everywhere.

Should I go with my +Atk/-HP or +Atk/-Res version? I was leaning toward -HP to leave the possibility of emergency Green Mage baiting, but it's not like I'll be using a Distant Counter on her, so after a bit of thought, I'm leaning the other way.

Do people who buy Orbs usually buy them in advance? I would have guessed they only buy Orbs as they need them so they will tend to have a low number of Orbs after any banner they pull on.
