The issue is the paradigm that controls the whole structure of the world are the ones who will design the AI.

I still really think that private corporations should partner up with some poorer African countries and just dump a lot of this one them. It's sort of a win-win-win in a way - they would get a higher quality of life and we'd be able to see just how such an economy functions before it hits us totally unprepared.
