I mean, a lot of these sports, such as curling, only get attention every four years and most people forget/dont care otherwise, but im so used to the millionaire athlete i kinda forget sometimes.

I'm surprised that people even watch the either the summer or winter games.

I kinda sorta watch them but some sports im not going to care about once every four years if i dont care inbetween.

at least with curling if its on TV between winter olympics i might watch a little. if its skiing or something i wont and see no reason to even care during the olympics

It's pretty amazing you have to factor in the travel, and training and these people are pulling allot of that off out of pocket. Retail jobs and gigs are pretty flexible so you could sacrifice some time but they also don't pay the best either. Though there are quite a few nicer sounding jobs up there than I'd expect.

average age watching is like 48 so its definitely on the decline. Only old people watch cable tv
