Krazy_Kirby 02/26/18 7:54:16 AM #1:	teach their employees they actually have any right to stop me and check my receipt? bought something at best buy and walked out (with receipt visibly in hand) the lady followed me out of the store to saying she needed to see it. when i held it up for her to see that i had one and kept walking she still insisted she needed to check it off... told her she didn't need to and kept walking. she went back in saying something about me being privileged. i guess me not wanting to submit to a voluntary search is privileged... It would be one thing if they attempted to detain him, but someone asking to check his receipt and calling him privileged are not reasons to call the cops. GameReviews 02/26/18 10:53:16 AM #6:	My first ever job was working in retail at a store where part of the job was checking receipts as people left. I was never told that this was voluntary. I would get yelled at / reprimand, and even got written up if I let anyone leave the store without checking their reciept. This job paid barely more than minimum wage. It was the absolute WORST job I've ever had. I felt like a piece of shit every time I approached a customer. It was also bullshit because when I got hired it was advertised as a warehouse job. I did warehouse work about 20% of the time, I was checking receipts the other 80% of the time. Thankfully we don't do that over here unless something really is questionable. Still I can see why they do it as they are just making sure everything is legit. It also seems like she should've been in a position where she didn't have to follow you out of the store; the point of being one of those people is to be directly in front of the exit so you as the consumer see the employee waving you down for your receipt, as opposed to what seems like a place where you easily could've missed her. --- Not removing this until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros.
