I'm 6'0" and 152 lbs. I eat a lot of food and none of it is good for me. Lots of salt, sugar, carbs and greasy pizza / fast food. I love it.

You'll notice a difference in your late twenties. By 30s, it should be apparent. I'm not saying you'll suddenly balloon or anything.. but just watch out.

TC, this is typically the case. You probably think you're eating a ton, but you're probably right at or under your TDEE. Most people are terrible at guesstimating the calories they take in.

I have a friend who's pretty fat. He's baffled because he "only eats once or twice a day." I've seen his meals: they're usually well over a thousand calories each.

Also, in regards to the metabolism slowing down thing: it'll get exceptionally worse if you ever get a sedentary job. One of my friends was a beanpole through college. He ate like a typical young college boy, but he was on his feet working a shitty retail job every other night. Since he got an office job, he's put on a lot of weight (specifically, he has a big ole potbelly now).

I'm just going by what people tell me. I'd be rich if I had a dollar for every time someone asked me "how the fuck do you eat the way you do and stay so skinny"

being skinny doesn't make you immune to disease lol. That's one of the most dangerous misconceptions about food. You are still at risk for diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, etc. If you have it in your family, you're especially at risk.

Go to a doctor and get a physical and blood to see your blood sugar, pressure, cholesterol, etc
