About a dozen. I only started reading again back in June. Prior to that, I had maybe read one book since graduating high school. Feels good to be reading again.

Maybe 5 or 6.

I don't read as much as I used to.

That's still way more than most people I know.

I want it to be more, though. I love reading but never make more than 20-30 minutes at a time for it.

same

I did manage to read more recreationally last year because I finished grad school halfway through, but I have done really shitty this year. I have one book I've been working on since the beginning of the year.

I sometimes wonder how the fuck I ever had time to play all those video games and read all those books. Damn smart phones.

That is what my initial goal was too

Mostly read fiction, I'll read a pretty wide range of stuff but have mostly been on a fantasy kick lately.

With fiction, I'll usually feel compelled to finish it. With non fiction, I've started to be fine with just reading and stopping when I'm tired of it. which might not be a bad thing.

Around 13. Though a couple were glorified essays and another one or two were just rather short.

Same here. I'm still working on the same book since the start of 2018. Granted, it's a bit dry material but the subject is really fascinating!

I'm also guilty of going to play PUBG instead of sitting down and reading.

I'm reading sapiens right now as well.
I tend to read more nonfiction, so compared to other nonfiction, I'd say this books isn't dry at all. The author interject a lot of personality and candor in his writing.
