What are you eating habits like? Good, bad, super healthy, super unhealthy, moderate, etc.? Do you like what you normally eat? Do you hate it? Have any weird eating habits or something? Just wanna have a nice discussion about eating habits, which is why the question is kinda open-ended...

My biggest problem is my inconsistency. I should eat at more regular intervals but get easily distracted. I also don't like eating (which probably stems from food allergies).

I have all the games you mentioned except Y. But my roommate and brother have Y. What makes it unhealthy?

My sister had a bunch of allegies. But she grew out of most of them now. I like eating a lot, though. But I snack a lot, too. It's hard to get a good schedule sometimes...

I'd say bad, but not super unhealthy, considering some people subsist on a diet of pop-tarts, hot pockets, ramen and microwave burritos. I don't eat too much stuff like that, and I eat vegetables sometimes, but I still have a lot of bad habits. I eat too much bread, drink soda and like sweets. I also eat too much fast food.

I want to cut some of that stuff out but my resolve is too weak and I always fail pretty quickly

So, you combat the unhealthy eating with exercise?

That's the idea but it's not working great. I've been floating around the same weight but I've lost a significant portion of muscle/strength, but at least I haven't ballooned up.

Too much fast food and deep fried potato slices.

But the big things make a big difference all the time.

I'll bother with micros if I feel I want to improve further after goals.

Yeah, I grew out of some, but soy and vegetable oil hold strong and are in so many things... It's brutal. I'm just glad I can eat eggs again.

Oh, yeah. Egg is a somewhat common one. And the soy and vegetable oil allergy combo sounds like it sucks. I only have a shellfish allergy. So, I usually don't have to worry about much.

Well, from my perspective there's kind of two different issues. With stuff like soda and sweets, I'd also be too unhappy, at least in the short term. I haven't really stuck with it long enough to reach the payoff. But in theory, I could cut them out and not really have to change much else about my diet.

Bread, on the other hand, I wouldn't miss that much from an indulgence perspective, but I couldn't just cut it out without missing a beat. I rely on it a lot to help me feel full, so I'd have to fundamentally change my diet around it if I were to cut it out. Obviously it's possible, but again, I'm too lazy.

Without sweets and soda, I would probably go crazy. Haha. The only reason I eat a lot of bread is because I make sandwiches for lunch everyday. Like more than one a day... I probably should cut down, but it's cheap...

The upside of cutting out sweets is that when you do have them, they seem to taste so much better.

Cutting out full sugar soda just makes you not like it anymore, though I can still drink no sugar soda. I prefer the taste now.

Yeah, sandwiches are like the easiest possible meal to make, but that's so much bread. Plus I usually eat some kind of grains for breakfast. Bacon/ham/sausage and eggs are good, but waffles/toast/bagels/cereal/oatmeal are all so much easier.

Sometimes I'll make a bunch of shredded chicken and then I can use that to make stuff throughout the week. Granted, some of that stuff involves bread, but it's still better than sandwiches every day. It makes stuff like tacos and quesadillas pretty easy, and those are a little like sandwiches with less bread. It's also good to put on a salad and make the salad feel more like a meal.

That is true. Didn't have gummies for a while. And when I got them, they were so delicious. But when I went without sodas for a while, I felt like I was dying. So, I can't let that happen again.

I don't think peanut M&Ms are that bad, as far as candies go. At least they're chocolate. I can't really do any other type of candy anymore - though not so much as a conscious health choice, but because they wreck your teeth.

I would say mine are somewhat moderate, more on the healthy side. I've been trying to avoid going out to eat junk food on a regular basis and try to eat at home, although my family sometimes buys not so healthy things to have in the house, like ice cream and sweet bread, but generally we have healthy, home cooked meals. I also lift weights and do cardio regularly so any unhealthy food I do eat probably gets burned off

Id say my habits lean on the healthy side. Over a month ago I decided to get fit, so Ive cut out a lot of the junk food I used to eat. I stopped eating chips like Lays and Doritos (Except for today, since I was hungry and wanted something better tasting than a banana (I wish had gotten a slice instead, way more nutritional)), and replaced them eith fruits. I started eating WAY more protein and meat, I drink much less milk and drink more water, and I make an effort to eat greens (Like broccoli). I measure my calories too, so I generally keep to an 1,000 calorie deficiency.
