For $199 you can get a good phone with 4gb ram

so it's no big deal

Sony isn't big on ram. Their brand new, non released phone only has 4gb.

I love Sony phones too, but they don't get picked up by my carrier. Maybe after I get tired of my S8 I will just buy an unlocked Sony.
