Gabriel is going blind. Dr. Carson got his leg caught in a bear trap. Gabriel managed to take out a zombie. They found a vehicle but were caught by Saviors. Carson grabbed a gun but they killed him.

Most of the others have reached the Hilltop and everyone knows about Carl now.

Tara was looking to kill Dwight, but he helped them by luring Saviors away.

I just want to say that Tara is treading on Andrea/Lori levels of annoyance lately. She can't be written out of the show fast enough.

She wants to kill Dwight because he originally fought for the Saviors, and last night say said something like "nothing will ever make that ok." Did the bitch already forget that she was first introduced alongside the Governor on his second attack on the prison? You know, the one that actually destroyed the prison and resulted in Hershel's death.

It also doesn't help she's arguable the worst actor/actress on television right now too. She just looks so damn derpy all the time.

Watching her talk normal on the talking dead is super cringe as well.

I wouldn't care if they killed Tara off, but I was worried they would have her kill Dwight. She's supposed to be one of the good guys, and I care more about Dwight as a character. This isn't something new, but I think it says something about the writing of the show when I often find myself sympathizing more with the bad guys. Relatively minor bad guys like Gavin and Simon are more interesting to me than most of the main cast.

I forget the term for it but Negan is basically pulling the bad guys virtue line right now. We do bad things because in the end we save people by doing those bad things. Never mind that we basically hold people hostage, murder as example for people who stand up for themselves, and extort other mens wives to become his sex slaves. They literally wiped out all the males for that one group that fought back as a lesson.

I dont blame Ricks group here at all. The Saviours are really bad dudes in the long run. Showing them mercy (at least the leadership anyways) is a clear mistake as they wont back down.
