Lunch
100g chicken breast = 165 cal, 31g protein
250g basmati rice = 358 cal
Mustard

Afternoon Snack
Carb killa (jaffa orange) = 215 cal, 22g protein

Dinner
300g ground beef = 996 cal, 42g protein
Ketchup

Before Bed
4 boiled eggs = 312 cal, 24g protein

Total cal = 2573cal
Total protein = 165g protein

I'm 6ft 1. I can eat the same thing every day no problem.

I can swap the flavour of the protein bars if i want variety.

recommend a bit of fiber, but otherwise solid. 0.75 g / lb is a good ratio (mildly excessive, but couldn't hurt) and it seems you like it and can stick with it.

I'm not a fan of 70/30 ground beef, but you do you.

I'm eating over 3000 calories a day and I'm 182 pounds

I eat normally throughout the day and then I eat a kilogram of plain white rice at night (1500 calories)

It's so depressing

No but JP details his usage honestly with an emphasis on taking the least amount possible whilst continuing to make strength and mass gains.

I haven't maximised natural potential yet, once I have then I will start anabolics.
