They already do though. Can't show ads for smoking, can't swear before the watershed etc... can't show certain things on TV and so on.

That "line" was crossed decades ago and won't be changing anytime soon.

Corporations aren't people and are only treated as such by the government when it's a convenient way of lining pockets. Judicial sentences could easily be made to accommodate corporations in a general way.
