Oh, that went through? Well, like Zangulus said, GameFAQs shouldn't have to worry about it since they actively police the boards.

Actually, does the law even do anything at all? Sites only get in trouble if they are actually being negligent, and people who are breaking the law don't really care if they're breaking one more on top of the 20 they're already breaking.

Where does it say the website would be shut down simply because someone posted something illegal? It talks about if a website allows or condones such actions. Gamefaqs in no way does this. The moderation system on here is constantly whined about being too strict.

The very fact that GameFAQs polices its boards and dont allow such things to remain would still shelter them...

Mhm, you can do whatever you want to your own physical items...well, unless they're video games! :P
