went back to jp game a little bit today

woah didn't realize there are Weapon tokens, can but 15cp weapons for whoops I forget but think it was 10 tokens, and 35cp weapons for 25 tokens o_o

also gilgamesh is too enjoyable in cutscenes, great VA

events also give out tokens for redeeming other stuff like crystals or orbs or anything really, limited stock of course. Like Gilgamesh event gives Gilgamesh tokens for redeeming stuff in the Gilgamesh rewards

going through Chapter 9 on Normal, and then Lost Chapters through Ramza got me another 20k gems for the Celes EX banner...

YESSSSSSSSSSSS stop the clock, 91 tickets and 60k gems to get the EX. Also holy shit how my 5* I pulled on that one is insane, the pull orb was Silver so I was expecting to get one... but on the 7th item it turned gold and I legit O_O'd

also god damn Layle and Celes are positively broken with their Crystal Strength 55cp upgrades, Celes's HP+BRV does MUCH MUCH MUCH better damage than it did normal (... beforehand it kinda sucked), and Layle's Field Down is now an AOE and turns his regular BRV attack into a good BRV gain for the whole party wtf, it's insane

Realistically just pull for whoever you like. There are a few bottom tier characters, but at least in Global right now, the discrepancy is not super huge.

If you want elite units, Lightning should be coming out this week and with her 35CP weapon she should be one of the best units in the game for a while.

Theres a Vaan/Ashe banner coming in about a month and Vaan will be very good with his 35CP. Ashe will be decent for now, but once she gets enhancements, shell be one of the best units.

But yeah, beyond that just save up and then pull when a banner comes along with someone you like. The game is pretty generous with its currency. I havent spent a penny on this and I think in the 4 months its been out Ive accumulated more premium currency than in 2 years of Exvius.

Drawapalooza starts tonight. I have 135k gems and 155 tickets ready to go. Shooting for 4x Lightning 4* armor, 4x Lightning 4* weapon, 4x Lightning 5* 15CP and 2x Lightning 5* 35CP. I have enough orbs to finish breaking the 35CP with just two copies. Hopefully I can still have some resources left over for Ashe in a month.
