There is this weird browser at the top that I can't close that lets me switch between chrome, firefox and internet explorer, but it makes it where there is always a bit of it at the top, and I can't put my actual browsers over it. It is annoying, and I want it gone from life forever.

See if you can find it in Task Manager or Programs. Should be able to uninstall if from there.
