Full Throttle 04/03/18 9:56:59 PM #1:	Do you think Perez is a hypocrite? - Results (2 votes) Yes, what an idiot 50% (1 votes) 1 No, he's right 50% (1 votes) 1 40 y/o Hypocrite, Perez Hilton has sparked Outrage after he said he WON'T sign his 5 y/o son up for "dance class" because it might make him "gay"!! as he'd "prefer" if he grew up to be STRAIGHT!! The openly gay showbiz commentator candidly confessed to that he wanted his young son, Mario to be heterosexual because it's an "easier" life which has offended a quad of groups with these statements.! He not only offended the gay community for wanting his son to be straight, but he also offended dancers and floated the idea that going into dance automatically makes you gay. He also gave off the idea that being gay is a CHOICE when most advocates already agree that someone is born gay and it is not a choice Hilton says he wasn't ashamed of being gay but by being homosexual or transgender in the US would have a "harder road to travel on". He said "We're still discriminated against, and i don't want my son or daughters [Mia, tow, and Mayte, five months] to have a harder path in life" He said he wouldn't change his sexuality today but if given the choice to go back as a teen, he'd be STRAIGHT because it was hard growing up gay But he also claims that if his turns out ga, he wouldn't shame him for it as he would love his son unconditionally and support him.. He defended his comments and said at least half of boys who took dance classes turned out to be gay and didn't think it was homophobic and said "Just like i don't think it's a homophobic thing to say that a disproportionate amount of male singers/actors/dancers on broadway are gay. There are more gay men drawn to that profession.
