FluttershyPony 04/07/18 8:02:43 AM #1:	Basically theres plastic bags just dumped next to a bin...a photo shows there's a royal mail letter with my name on it on top... so apparently that means I am the guy who commited this... like.. wow 100bux now fixed charge or if I dont do it 14 days later I -might- be prosecuted.. maybe. Dunno how they can even fucking accuse me of this shit because this is such a stupid accusation they cant possibly beat me to it, if they actually had me on camera or something they might stand a chance.
