I still remember after the pulse shooting, they tried to illegalized loopholes, claiming they were such a huge problem, even though the shooter didnt use them and no mass shooter has

I swear, either the parties have swapped a lot of their ideologies or I was completely delusional 10 years ago

Eh that's probably true however the loud minority is alienating moderates enough to get people like Trump elected (obvious there were many factors) and make people like Sargon one of the fastest growing political channels on youtube.

I think the issue is that you have people who say things like Caution's post in this topic who legitimately support a large swath on the mostly non-religious platform of the GOP who try to convince us that SJWs didn't just make them hate SJWs but that they actually changed their opinions on most policies.

No amount of annoying people would suddenly make me think we shouldn't care about e.g. climate change.
