The staff here have repeatedly said that they won't attempt an IP ban or other stronger methods of banning his dual accounts, and they repeatedly delete any thread exposing his Sex Offender status. So if GameFAQs is used as a platform where a child is injured due to Dawkins actions then that's enough to prove civil liability in my book. It's really in CBSi's best interest to NOT delete these threads. What are you talking about, his accounts have been banned and they brought back the KoS just for him. He tried making a new account after Dawkins was banned and that new account was instantly banned as well.
