Due to being denied his 6th amendment rights, Mirandas 5th amendment right to avoid self incrimination was voided due to his not knowing he could refuse to answer.

The key problem here is that I'm not debating anything. I just wanted to express how I felt. People kept trying to turn it into a debate. Everyone wanted to have a different conversation, and nothing is better for it.

For what it's worth, I don't care if people are upset if they are getting told they are acting too harshly. That's their problem, frankly.

Except by virtue of the fact that you're the one instigating it, it's also very much your problem, too. Taking responsibility for your own actions involves acknowledging that.

If a criticism is aimed at someone, people have the right to criticize the criticism on the notion that it is undeserved.

Or to put it in less stupid terms, people are allowed to counter-argue criticisms.

If you didn't want people to turn "how you felt" into a debate, you shouldn't have stated it in the first place. One of the wonderful things about having an opinion is also realizing that you're not obliged to state every single opinion that comes to mind.

I'm a musician, my life is criticism.

With all due respect, I understand where the issues are popping up. But I'm not going to back off because a bunch of people got mad that I said they seem like they're being overly harsh. I was busy, and provided what explanation I could at the time, but frankly... I don't need to do more. I could say Peaf is stupid and ruins everything he touches and I don't need to explain that any more.

As LTM put it, I haven't earned people's respect, they haven't earned mine. Same thing with Corrik. People treat him like he's a dick because he is one. He treats people like dicks because they are.

I'm really bad about responding when people respond to me, but believe me, I'm ready to drop it. I know it didn't add anything to the conversation anyway.
