You don't honestly think "partisan message" suggests the target, do you?

I can easily target a conservative by making them believe that average Clinton voter is a moron by misrepresenting their views.

I'm going to assume the concept of targeted ads is foreign to you, based on your comments thus far, but you can literally see the groups being targeted by these ads in the images. This is where the Russian groups are paying to have them posted. No "interpretation" of the message is needed. When they're being posted in the "Bernie Sanders" or "Muslim Brotherhood," groups, they are not being targeted at conservatives.

The Russians wanted Trump to win because of how polarizing he is. And if you type "Trump" into the CE search bar and look at the topics here, you'll see they were exactly right. More than a year and a half later, and still daily meltdowns and a completely obsessed media.

The Russians don't give a shit about the U.S. political parties, they simply want to create rifts and national instability. Trump just happened to be better for that in this particular election.

A large reason why that is has to do with the fact of Trump launching his campaign based generally around anger and rage and he proceeded to do, and still does, that to this very day. He made it, whether consciously or not, very easy for them to do. It's not only his fault, mind you. The media also deserves a huge fucking chunk of the blame as they cashed in on what sells, which has always been controversy. Now, we can go back and forth on who is to blame for the media becoming that way, but at the very minimum people need to recognize it and stop feeding the beast, imo.

If you actually downloaded the ads instead of simply continuing to regurgitate the same drivel in an attempt to save face after you were proven wrong, you'd see they continue well past the election. The goal was never just to get Trump elected.

And yes, it is an objective fact that they were targeted at both conservatives and liberals. Your refusal to except reality doesn't change that.
