I am just an undergrad, I have on A.S. and I am pursuing another.

Year 1: Pursuing computer science transfer degree.
Year 2: Pursuing computer science transfer degree.
Year 3: Pursuing computer science transfer degree.
Year 4: Switched to computer programming and graduated.
Year 5: Continued pursuing computer science transfer degree.
Year 6: Expecting to graduate with computer science transfer degree (next academic year).

Overall, 6 years for two associate degrees unfortunately.....

Has it been worth it for me? Yes and no, I am much smarter than I was five years ago, but I have yet to see my hard work pay off so meh. In other words, I don't have any actual work experience.. just a shit ton of projects. Might be my fault for living in a rural area though..

I dicked around in college until I was bored, and declared philosophy as my major, and graduated about a year/year and a half later

idk if I'll go for a graduate (or higher) degree, though.

It's allowed me to move up in companies much faster than I would ve otherwise simply by having a degree of any kind. I tried working in television for a bit but did not like it.

I got a job in my current organization through an internship so at least there's that. My profession and career don't have much in common though

Nope. Was in college for a while, but spent my time not actually in class. Then a family friend got sick and offered to train me to buy and take over his business, so I moved across the country to do that.

If I pursue a bachelor's, then college would have taken up about 10 years of my life assuming everything goes as planned.

Would be around 30 by that time.
