IdiotMachine 05/12/18 6:44:01 AM #1:	USPS left a package outdoors uncovered in thunderstorm conditions. The package got soaking wet by the time I came home, and the electronic inside is damaged. The company I bought it from says I have to file a claim with USPS and get my money from them USPS says the payer of the shipping is the one who should do that (i.e. the company I bought this from).
