I don't get pimples on my back but there is one spot where I keep getting a big black head. The ones that stretch the pore wide open and when you squeeze it a big, solid chunk of gunk comes out. It always comes back in the same spot.

From what I've read, they are usually caused by Shampoo running down your back. Its why you should scrub it properly and make sure Shampoo is all gone before you get out of the shower.

I can reach any spot on my back with ease. You should improve your flexibility, or perhaps lose some weight.

Maybe he is a bodybuilder? Many bodybuilders can't reach areas of their back because their muscles are too big.
