I don't know how the whole thing works, if I'm being honest, but she has to wake up in the middle of the night to eat. Last year her husband wouldn't wake her up and she would miss her chance to eat. I really hope that changes this year, since last night would have been the first time in this year (?)

there's a guy here who sets his alarms for 4 AM to eat a big breakfast and then heads to work early and eats again for dinner.

They get two chances to eat. Generally after sunset and again before sunrise...so whatever time both of those are supposed to occur they can break their fast or eat for the next day. Its based on time so Ive noticed they can sometimes eat while there is still some sun out.

I don't know, that's what I heard from the other ladies that work there with us. Like I said, I don't know how the whole thing works, but I also don't know how SHE works. Maybe she goes to bed early?

Ramadan is basically when those guys just eat 5000 calories of curry, kebabs, gulabs or whatever in one sitting (like 4AM and 9PM).

There's a reason all thoes guys are fat as hell in the UK(though not as fat as the british), they ain't starvin boy.

As far as I know, they can only eat after the sun has gone down.

Who cares though. It's a private matter and if it doesn't affect productivity, there should be no concern.

We take breaks in different rooms because she like to sit down and I eat at my desk while I do stupid paper work.

Usually she brings stuff from home. She likes tuna a lot, I think.
