Imagine thinking these two things are the same.

The point was if neither one agreed to what the studio was offering, then they shouldn't be getting attacked. Now you may question the woman's feelings about black people if skin tone is the deal breaker for her, but if she let them know from the start, it shouldn't have been offered.

My problem is this guy already told them multiple times that he was not okay with it, but they decided to include it anyway. Why does he just have to deal with being uncomfortable in his work environment?

They asked, he said no. They didn't release him from his contract.

They asked again, he said no. They still didn't release him from his contract.

They did it anyway without his knowledge and against his will despite asking him twice prior. Of course he's pissed at the director.

Doesn't matter - he signed a contract. First Amendment + contract law = literally no case.

At the very least it matters from an ethics standpoint.

People really need to stop using legality to undercut discussions of ethics.

When you file a fucking lawsuit, it's a question of legality. Never mind the fact that actors in cuck porn don't have much of a leg to stand on as it relates to ethics.

Then why did they bother asking him if it was ok, more than once? Why did they promise to edit it out (which they didn't)? Why was the content in question taken down?

Why bother doing any of these if it didn't matter?

All of that is completely irrelevant to the legality at hand. The guy has no case whatsoever.

This is all that they had.

Lol hold up now. Dude didn't even read the OP and backtracks after finding out that the actor refused to work if they used the n-word. He then says it's his fault because it's cuck porn and it happens all the time in it thus admitting to watching it. He even says it's a common thing in regular IR which I can confirm it is definitely not

That is the farthest thing from dismantling it and your pathetic "yes man" post is about as embarrassing as his posts were itt

By your own logic, YOU admit to watching cuck and IR porn.

Regular IR porn is not cuck porn. Calling regular IR porn cuck porn is racist as fuck

Imagine if girls in porn could sue every time someone said a demeaning thing to them. The entire porn industry would collaspe and all the richest people in the world would be porn stars.

Difference here being this man didn't consent to the racial slur being used.

Since when do you have to consent to being called something? Especially in a performance piece?

Or is this some type of, "hostile work environment" shit? I'm not buying it. This was an interaction between two performers in a work of free expression. Piss off.

I honestly no have idea how the industry works legally, it all seems like prostitution to me anyways, if it's true that the producers are "just paying to watch/film" then it seems like that would protect them here.

The actor is allowed to have misgivings about the script. It's on the director to either work with the actor or find a replacement.

Or is this some type of, "hostile work environment" shit? I'm not buying it. This was an interaction between two performers in a work of free expression. Piss off.

No, given that they asked him for his consent more than once, it's not as simple as you want to pretend. It's simply a contract violation. I doubt he's claiming a hostile work environment.
