I think this season is far from bad. There's a lot of great world-building that still plays with the idea of defining life/consciousness. Is it as good as the first season? I don't think it's comparable yet. We're what? Halfway through this season? Sure, there are complaints I could make, but the quality of production, the quality of acting and the quality of scoring is still fantastic. It's just a different direction.

I have to agree with Foolmo. Season 1 was pretty not great to begin with. I legitimately hated it, but I know I'm in the minority.

Haven't seen tonight's episode yet, but the season is okay so far IMO. Though Bernard and William's plotlines are far and away the best parts.

That's too bad. Maeve is such a compelling character, and she definitely is what made me invested in the second half of the first season.

This season is fucking great, and Maeve continues to be my favorite plotline across two seasons. Dolores continues to be the one I care least about though.

Haven't watched any of Season 2 yet but I loved season 1. Watched it on your recommendation Sephy, so hopefully I'll share your opinion on S2.
