Because I find it hard to believe you think:

A) A security could reasonable convince a jury that having a single person do their hiring, or a single person and their close friends is reasonable.
B) That any other company couldn't make such ridiculous claims as well.

That could make any ridiculous claim they want, they'd get in legal trouble for it, but they could make it.

Oh, were you saying the concert company would still be the one in trouble if an employee broke procedure? I thought you were saying only the employee would be the one found at fault. I must've misread it if that's the case.
