The area behind my knee cramps and calf burns sometimes.
My baby sister has been diagnosed with extreme RA and I'm wondering if I'm now having issues. My middle sister has issues with her heel and foot arch from whatever the hell it's called. My calf is prone to cramping up in my sleep. It usually wakes me up in time to scramble out of bed and put weight on it, which eases the tension.

I'll get it a couple of times a year in the middle of the night.
I still remember the first few times I had a leg cramp and I didn't know about stretching/standing to stop it. That was some shit. Or once I was trapped in the back seat of a car going down the road and I couldn't stretch it out. BOY that was the worst. --- This life is just a game we play, that we can never win. Going to bed dehydrated is what usually causes them. If I go to bed after a night drinking without pounding some water first I'm guaranteed to get one.

I've had that happen once, woke up an hour or so earlier than usual just to have my leg fall apart on me. It was awful

both calves were killing me at one point. though i think it was a result of not getting enough potassium had to eat a whole bunch of banana's for 3 days and it resolved itself.
