Really, I just find it absurd that companies can even impose something like that at all. It's practically an admission that you know you'll break some laws. It's even worse that this particular case is against fast food workers who probably don't possess the means or education to fight back against something like this.

Well if they don't like it they can just find another job. oh wait,those other jobs do it,too? Oh,well just work hard and one day you'll advance in the company to not have worry about it anymore, oh,wait, that company just ended your job for overseas interests? God stop being so whiny.
