Typhon 05/28/18 11:57:20 AM #1:	I remember megaton house and tenpenny tower are the player homes. I think I always went with megaton because tenpenny had more loading screens to go through. Is that right? Are there any other player homes? I remember MZ and OA, but not the other add ons. Warmonger perk is broken, I think. Southernfatman 05/28/18 12:09:13 PM #3:	It's been a while, but those were the only player hosues you could get legit. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_3_player_character_housing Here's a list of some places you can use for potential houses, but you might have to worry about containers resetting. Depends on where you choose. Can't remember the name, but I used a place down in some sewers that was pretty good.
