I doubt that's the case. If they had exclusive rights they would release them and be like "yo we got the only tires in the world that don't go flat." and drive all the other tire companies like goodyear out of business.

Those look like they would fill up with rocks and mud fast can they make a sealed version?

And that's exactly why. Debris would ingress and break those honeycombs as the wheel flexed to the weight of the vehicle, and would leave you without a usable rim. Some ideas to combat this were the additions of heavy meshes, but this added weight, and makes them incapable of high speeds.

Besides the obvious problem inflated tires have(punctures), airless tires just seem to add many more problems that traditionals either solved, or just don't have to worry about.

I've seen some cool concept airless tires but they look far away from market.
