So I only know one crossfit gal and she's always (alwaaaays) talking about crossfit on facebook, and I mean not like she's some fitness personality whatsoever, but she's always talking about ''getting stronger'' and ''muh achievements'' and all that.

How much of this is true?

I went to a birthday party of a friend and he'd fairly recently become a crossfitter. 90% of the people there were crossfit.

They sat there with their gin and diet sodas refusing the fried food and looking disgustingly at my beer and nachos while they talked about various crossfit topics like getting a pump on and proudly vomiting after a set.

The weird (or perhaps not so weird) part is that none of them looked remotely fit enough to justify that kind of behaviour.
