I mean, there's a distinct difference between the Bellas and Laycool compared to the IIconics.

The Bellas and Laycool expected you to take then super seriously as these awful bullies who put down other girls and it was insufferable because it was impossible to believe any girl would be effected by them because it was so lame and dumb.

The IIconics are horrible diss artists that just clown around and make fun of them and are too obsessed with themselves to care if it makes the other girls feel bad. Their goal is to put over themselves and entertain themselves, and they don't take any of their bullying seriously. That's why you can actually find them entertaining, because you don't have to take them seriously.

Yeah Iiconics I can't help but be entertained by them because they get so into what they're doing and they're just being idiots more than hurtful. I can see the basis for a comparison to Laycool but the execution is so wildly different that it doesn't work too well as a comparison.

I'm glad they do legitimately annoy some people though. They may be the best heel act in WWE today for that.

I'll admit that Peyton Royce's impressions are awesome and I need more of them in my life.

I would not go so far to say that they are best heels in WWE, as they've been given some really terrible material to work with. In NXT, there was an organic quality to their backstage antics, and they had the leeway to really be their own characters. For example, the stuff they occasionally did with Hideo Itami (or to Hideo Itami) is always hilarious and heelish. But the writers on the main roster kind of forcefeed some of this stuff and it causes me to cringe in a bad way. The annoying quality isn't intentional. It's the same cringe I feel when Ronda is put on commentary during a Nia Jax match.

But they at least make some of the WWE writing staff quality crap work, which says a lot.

I clearly know the act is supposed to be annoying. But what's actually annoying is the style of backstage video or the presentation. It's not the content. As I said, it's WWE writing.

Like I said,

Like, if they want an act to be annoying, they couldn't top every single promo with bold brightly colored words popping up on screen in unison with promos. That gets heel heat every time.

Yeah I mean I get that I guess I'm saying it feels almost like a disservice to hold that against them specifically when it applies to pretty much everyone on either show.

Hell I think their characters get hurt less because a lot of why WWE presentation is annoying is it feels phony and their characters act phony by design to some extent.

Nakamura... I don't know. I think he's entertaining but he's too entertaining. He's not really a very good heel in the sense I was calling Billie and Peyton possibly the best heel act going right now.

Nakamura isn't a cool heel, he's just such an effective heel that people are mistaking him for a cool heel.

WWE stands for Workout With Elias!

It's the easiest of the three I've tried (Bliss was harder because jumping hurts duh). But still, it's pretty effective for such a simple workout. I had to modify since I don't have TRX or cables, but I got this done with some dumbbells and a yoga mat. I think this is a great series, and I'm going to keep trying these depending on the workouts they deliver.
