A lot of them either got fat or wrinkled up from drug use.

Some not hot ones got hot. A few hot ones stayed hot but not most.

It's a mixed bag. A few of them did actually stay hot, but at least a couple others got super fat after they had kids. I figure it's not worth feeling bad for them because at least they were hot for a while. Some girls were very unattractive in high school and then got worse after college

Most of them did actually. I know one girl that wasn't conventionally hot but I'd still consider her pretty. Plus, the added bonus of bigger boobs after having a kid.

It's also not uncommon for young men to transition into a chubby dad bod along with other signs of unflattering aging once they settle down to start a family (a very common source of stress). There's tons of typical reasons that can cause a male high school graduate to get flabby in the adult world.

The amount of young men who continue to actively train to stay fit are not the majority, especially not in the US. If they were, birthrates would be exploding much more than they currently are because the majority of men would look like fitness models. Less men would be bitching about difficulty dating. Women can go through trends with their tastes, but male gym bods generally stay popular.

All the ones I have added on Facebook became fat soccer moms lol.

Meanwhile, a lot of the uglier or quieter girls became really attractive and successful. This just goes to show that you should think long-term when you evaluate someone! The ugly ducklings sometimes just take time to blossom.
