I've never understood the idea that finding someone attractive or sexualizing them is, on its own, objectifying them.'

And I could never use a site that silences you so easily for saying anything they don't like, that really rubs me the wrong way. Say what you will about Gamefaqs, but I like that people are allowed to disagree with me and vice versa here.

I always kind of laughed when people got banned for stupid shit on GAF/ERA. But what rubbed me the wrong way was the way everyone else would often react. They legit thought that their hero mods were doing God's work by banning people with "alt-right" opinions. They would get off to it.

I don't. Dude probably was trolling. There is nothing authentic at all in his post. "I have more money in my bank account thanks to trump tax thing" is generic trump-supporter regurgitated parrot garbage like "liberal call u Nazi if u disargee on anything." Probably a lot of bullshit on that site based on what people here say about it, but that banning looks fair,next to me.

That being said, the trump tax thing could end up being beneficial. I won't have any way of knowing if it was good for me until I do my 2018 taxes and that won't be happening until the last minute next April, so it remains to be seen whether or not that argument holds weight.

It is really sad that site has hypocritical mods because there is good video game discussion when there is no politics involved and they have some interesting threads like the off topic community politics thread which is a great for aggregating the latest political developments (regular news on the the normal off-topic is usually bad with many people quickly devolving into "Oh no DRUMPF is gonna ruin everything hyperbole")

If you don't say anything perceived as "negative" about minorities or women you can subtlety troll the board and get some people really angry over minor things. For example, I saw someone post a light heated joke with Trump on tank arriving to a meeting and some people were going crazy (for example, saying it was propaganda).
