As for Incredibles 2, a guy who looks like Obama has a minor appearance in a crowd of other diplomats., but it's not even established if he's from the US. But the possibility is there. Have you seen "Olympus has fallen"? Sure the movie is trash but alot of the people in that whitehouse are very similar to the ones in the actual whitehouse at the time.
