If you pay attention and play Cross right after Trigger, it is amazing how well they integrate what happened in CT into CC. Considering it is just one possible thing to happen in a world full of time travel, I don't get why some people are so up in arms about it.

I really enjoyed it, especially when I took notes and had an ongoing topic about it a few years ago.

i loved CT when i was a kid. i played chrono cross when i was 12/13 and i thought it was stupid, but thought "hey maybe its just too advanced for me"

nope its just dumb.

also, let's take this idea of a small cast of characters, where the majority have some kind of personality and motivation...

...and wipe it clean so we can introduce a whole field of characters that have no development, motivation, or actual substance attached to them. then we'll make them all care about something that most of them shouldn't care about to begin with so that we have a reason to throw them all into adventures with zany dialogue and antics.
