I would say he almost definitely has Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). I mean he's a textbook case.
Doesn't look likely that he's suffering from anything like dementia or Alzheimer's though. Most of the crazy things he says are based on not caring to know the facts, or pathologically lying because of his NPD, or just spouting off things without bothering to think them through. --- i am truley sorry for your lots ...
