Everyone is a host

How could Williams question if he was a host? He apparently built the place

Feels like it will be the world was already taken over by hosts and this is like a Matrix thing

No not even close. Williams not a host dude I'd put money on it.

He's paranoid and delusional, his character sheet even stated it. He thinks he might be a host because he's so scared about the fact that he wouldn't even know if he really was. Up until now it might have been in the back of his mind but he didn't care, my bet is that he cares now because it would be a lot easier to be a host who killed the real Williams daughter than to rationalize the fact that he's blurred the lines between reality and westworld so far that he murdered his daughter without a seconds thought because he thought Ford was fucking with him if he was a host.

Yeah I think it being vr will be a reveal eventually.

Idk how you guys get this. Reddit has quite a few who think it too. It would go against the story in such a big way it doesn't seem remotely possible nor would it be anything but a cheap copout which the show has avoided doing so far.

I agree with all of this, I mean its the obvious conclusion.

But it still feels like they are dropping hints that there will be a huge twist. We always see Dolores at the parties. We get Logan stammering like a host (thats cause of the heat and time he's been in the park obviously).

Also another thing, we've never seen the "outside world" UNLESS Dolores is there.

True but we have seen people from the outside world prior to the immortality projects inception. I think the Dolores part is because he never stopped feeling for her which he sorta told his wife last night and because of that trauma in losing her he started shedding his skin instead of trying to cover up his stain so to speak. I think if anything it's gonna lead to him being the first successful human host implant.

Delos didn't work because he thought the hosts were just things from the beginning and couldn't rationalize the fact that he was now just a thing. William recognized that the hosts were something more than just robots and because of that along with the suffering he's had I think fords preping him to be the first human host who can get past the mental break, a big part being becaus he recognizes even more so than Ford that a host can still make its own decisions and be it's on person. Something more like that. Plus Delores and William are foils of each other. They're connected by similarities but also mirrors of how opposite they are.

That'a just my opinion but I'd wager on the first part of William being the human host for those reasons (in the future not now).

I think Ford has no interest in transplanting human minds into hosts. I'm pretty sure his endgame is replacing the human race with them.

Ya that's actually true now that I think about it. Fords probably the biggest ? When it comes to Williams game.

I think the rest is where the show will/may go but idk fords a really odd one. I don't personally think he likes Delores either.

I wouldn't be surprised if he sees Dolores as a necessary evil to orchestrate whatever plan he has, only to do away with her when it's complete.

As for what Ford's doing in relation to the Man in Black....I don't think Ford gives a single shit about him. Will was convinced in S1 that the maze was an elaborate game designed for hardcore players, but it wasn't. He's convinced in S2 that Ford is still messing with him from beyond the grave, but he clearly isn't. Giving him that personality summary was Ford's revenge and I imagine he didn't plan anything beyond that.

What about the hosts who talk about the new game meant for him?

Actually, he's delusional so if those parts didn't actually happen it would be a holy shit moment IMO. I can reconcile the kid being gunned down when he was actually saying something completely different but the gang in pariah killing themselves is hard to work around.
