I had the same problem when I was a teenager. Not because I was gay, but because just being naked made me horny.

I've worked in production and photography for a couple years and seeing an attractive girl naked is only exciting for that first second and then you're just there to do whatever you need to do and go home and it should be about the same if you're gay and in a locker room unless you're just a creep
