It is, however, literally Richard Hammond, so I'm cool with that part. So what's your theory Junker Queen. She runs the scrapyard arena and Hammond here is the champion of the arena, which is why he's referred to as that instead of hero like all the other OW characters. He could be part of her kit, or part of an upcoming event or something, but I doubt he's the new hero.
