His play has deviated from his town play so hard. Red is a person who has good reads but lacks balls to play them. He is literally the jewish guy from rounders that Matt Damon shits on.

Just last game you saw it in action. Hard says Chris is scum. Where does he end up? A splinter lynch that is not Chris.

His town game always is this same way. He makes a read but ends up the day on some other random unfortunate soul with 1 vote at the end of the game.

This game he went at me hard and didn't let up on it. In fact, still continuing it. He is not playing his normal town game. Dude is totally scum.

i'm not too familiar with the paralysis role but given the presence of "unknown ability" roles, it's not at all beyond reason that shad is telling the truth

If you are wondering, to elaborate, you made it to where the possibilities were you were scum exploiting a bad read on chris(look, i know i can read him, but i also know you play enough you will be wrong eventually) or chris was scum. If you just leave me be a bit on my read, chris gets lynched. Trying to shove my read down my throat just makes me question myself.

i don't expect people to be refreshing constantly and chiming in on everything, but outright denial when the game has been substantially active and the player admits to being around is frustrating and not a great look

Keeping my vote on Corrik. He's desperate to throw suspicion elsewhere seeing as he's acting highly scummy. Voting replacements as an intimidation tactic is bad. He's also the only person who seems to think I'm scum and has yet to provide any reasoning. He appears desperate for town to lose.

Sort of. There have been Death Millers, which flip scum despite being town (the player is usually not aware of this), there used to be roles that could flip something different (we had a whole big discussion about it last game due to a role called Doppelganger flipping, and a past b8 game had a role by that name that was scum but would flip as something else the player chose, although that's not what it was in that game). There is precedent for their existence, but these roles are generally pretty taboo, no one likes roles built on the host lying to the players because it creates all kinds of bonkers meta based on nothing and prevents you from ever really knowing what's up. So janitor is basically the only one that gets used, and I'd expect Blade to probably stick to that because he hates anti-fun roles to the point that he'll modkill himself if he gets one.

What brings it to mind?

Corrik was quite far from his usual self on day 1. Can't go in depth on it right now, just came inside from being out in the sun and my brain just honestly isn't all there right now.

mostly the fact that one of the few reads i have so far that is more than just wishy washy bullshit is dowolf being scummy and given that he was the one who pointed out fd's hinting, made me question this whole fucking han situation
