Not to mention that inflation is due to monetary policy, not fiscal policy (which is what minimum wage increases are)

Affirmative action, designed to push them into roles they don't have the experience for, so that they seem like they're bad at their jobs / bad work ethic overall (when really it's just that they didn't get that experience they need for the job, and would probably do a perfectly good job if they did have it), and thus rule out any chance of them moving to an even better position. Not to mention that the existance of it directly feeds the stereotype of "they can't get a job the normal way" (which is not true at all, plenty do so - and actually do make their way up to higher positions - if they avoid the AA jobs and go the normal route).

Welfare programs that allow simply relying on welfare one's whole life, rather than as last-resort support until they can get back on their feet, accompanied with a focus on training or jobseeking.

Scholarships and quotas that have "being a minority race" as the only criteria - and almost inevitably funnel minorities into degrees with no real-world value that won't help them actually get a job, but do wonders for preventing them getting an actual useful degree that would help them succeed.

Sanctuary cities and other such arrangements that allow for illegal immigrants to stay without ever gaining citizenship, thus ensuring they can't enforce their legal rights to proper wages and such, keeping them in poverty.

And before you argue that I'm wrong, go look up the comparison of how minorities generally fare in places that do have these such policies, vs how they generally fare in places that don't. HINT: They're much better off in the latter.

(Minimum wage - or rather, excessive minimum wage - is a problem too, but it's pretty hard to argue that that one exclusively or primarily affects minorities. That one screws people of all races.)
