Chick fill a likes to keep a clean and neat restaurant. Have you seen what the fountain drink-ketchup area at McDonalds looks like? Looks like the underside of a 9 year olds bed.

The only fast food place I've seen have drinks outside on a consistent basis throughout the country is Burger King. 80% of the McDonald's in NY and LI also have it behind the counter and it's the same around most of the Northeast. Same with Wendy's, where it's pretty rare.
