Any AMD/nVidia made in the last four-five years can run it and look prettier than the Switch. They deliberately only put a fraction of the game on the Switch card because they didn't want to spend more money on a larger card. There are several games that do BS like this. The worst are the ones that literally have no card at all (LA Noire).
