I particularly don't like the impact he's had on the political climate in this country. But a lot of that can be blamed on the Republican party in general for the past 30 years. I just kind of see Trump as the culmination of those sins. And as a consequence Regan style republicans have pretty much lost control of the party. As much as I don't like democrats they do at least keep the far left nuts out of office for the most part. The separation of chuch and state is important to me. I believe it is important for religions and the state. So the growing number of conservatives who use their political power to push their religious objectives feels wrong to me. It is one of the main reasons I no longer vote republican. I am a Christian and my anger against the anti Christian agenda certainly does factor into things. Why would I vote for somebody who mocks Christianity and censors it??

Hitler was a Christian. Do you think he got in to heaven just because he believed in God? Hitler's about as Christian as a Mormon or Jehovah's Witness which have some very blasphemous doctrines about the nature of Jesus Christ and/or God. Also to quote from this wiki article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Positive_Christianity Hitler identified himself as a Christian in an April 12, 1922 speech.[4] Hitler also identified himself as a Christian in Mein Kampf. However, historians, including Ian Kershaw and Laurence Rees, characterize his acceptance of the term "Positive Christianity" and his involvement in religious policy as being driven by opportunism, and by a pragmatic recognition of the political importance of the Christian Churches in Germany. Most historians have accepted that his claim of being a Christian was for the sole purpose of political lip-service to Christians in Germany and Austria and not because of any actual belief in the religion even though he was raised Catholic. --- Hmm... ...
