It wasn't calling it something else, it was actually installing the next act. If you had act 2 installed, and quit the game, you could start it back up and resume from act 2 no problem. But if you tried to load a save from act 1, you had to install act 1. It wasn't "labelling" it anything different, it was actually installing. They're two entirely different things.
