Yea the celebrities should keep the money or let the charities play instead of them. No one likes the middle man they always get something for doing nothing.

I used to wonder this and thought it kinda sucked for the lesser celebs, but a free trip and room, getting some kind of nice check for doing nothing, and then probably get like a $10,000 gift bag. They don't have to pay a dime of their own money to charity but they look great anyways and can probably write it off in some lame celebrity way.
