I graduated in 2011. 7 years have seemingly fucking FLEW by me. I'm working on my degree atm, I have a girlfriend who I'm probably going to marry eventually, I have my future worked out ahead of me. But 7 years ago, I was a fresh-faced dude straight out of high school anxious about wtf I was supposed to do in life. It's interesting to reflect on.

not for me. I mean my 20s went sort of fast in the sense that they are over. So much happened and it didn't go by fast at all

It's an issue of your frame of reference.

When you're 10, a year seems like forever because it's literally 10% of your entire lifespan at that point. When you're 50, a year seems like nothing because it's only 2% of your entire lifespan. You are comparing it to everything else that you have experienced, so it seems very insignificant.

It's also believed to be the reason that younger people actually process time more slowly than older people. Studies have shown that when asked to count out 10 seconds in their head, younger people tend to guess longer than 10 actual seconds, and the elderly tend to guess shorter.
